1. Shortlisting by the Human Resources (HR)
Our HR team checks your and other applicants’ CV’s and profiles to see whether you are a good match for the requirements of the specific job, creating a shortlist of candidates for the position.
2. Initial interview with HR
Once the shortlist is ready, our HR team will reach out to the candidates to set up an initial meeting over the phone or via video call. This meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know you a bit better, to understand your past experiences and your expectations of the role.
3. Case study
If our HR team thinks that you are a good fit for the role and the team, they will set up a second date for a case study. The case studies are little competence based tasks that change depending on the department and the role you are applying for. The cases of candidates are shared with their prospective managers and are evaluated based on competence and potential.
4. Interview with the direct line manager
The final step is a meeting with the line manager, which can be done face to face or via video call, depending on the circumstances. This is an opportunity for both parties to get to know one another and to talk about the details of the role.
5. Final Decision
After all four steps, a final decision is reached. We know that applying for a new job or starting a new position is a big step in one’s life. That’s why we make a point of getting back to our candidates as soon as possible, ideally, within a week. Should you fulfill the requirements of the part and are a good match for the team and our company culture, we will go ahead and draft a proposal for you right away. If, sadly, we cannot offer you the position, we will again make sure to let you know as soon as possible, providing constructive feedback for your next applications.

• Prepare your CV with care, thinking about the job that you are suited for and excited about. Don’t be vague about your past experiences. Concrete and specific details about past projects and your contributions and achievements go a long way.
• You are more than your CV. We know that there is so much you will bring to the table.
